Telegram username

How do I find my Telegram username? ▾

Open Telegram on your phone
Tap the menu (☰) top-left → tap your name at the top
Look for @something below your name. That's your username.
If there's no @handle, tap "Username" and create one.

WhatsApp number

Same number you use for WhatsApp — include the country code.

Other (Signal / Discord / etc.)

Calendars to watch

Google calendar names

Where do I find my calendar names? ▾

Open calendar.google.com in a browser
Look at the left sidebar — every calendar you have is listed under "My calendars" and "Other calendars"
Type the exact names of the ones you want the assistant to see, one per line.

Apple / iCloud calendar? Other calendars (school portal, work Outlook, etc.)

Daily rhythm

So the assistant doesn't ping you at 6am on a Sunday.

Wake-up time

Roughly. The assistant won't message you before this on weekdays.

Wind-down / sleep time

After this, assistant goes quiet unless it's urgent.
